Vendor and Community Group Application
We are excited to bring back the Thorold Community Market the fourth season! We have two additional documents in the application process. First, a Patio Vendor Agreement is to be included with all patio vendor applications. Second, is a Food Vendor Best Practices Guide to ensure a successful season. The Vendor Application Form has several updates this year. Please be sure to read through the application and agreement carefully before signing. Please apply early as this helps to better plan the Thorold Community Market for the summer months.
We want to thank all vendors who submitted feedback last year to help improve this year’s market. We have taken this survey feedback into consideration and added additional headliner shows to the lineup for 2026.
The Thorold Community Market 2026 will be open Wednesday evenings from 5 to 9 p.m. from June 17 to August 26 with a Season Finale from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 5 at Battle of Beaverdams Park in downtown Thorold. We will continue our partnership with the Thorold BIA and host their weekly Classic Car Show during the Thorold Community Market to attract more visitors from all over the Region.
We are expanding the Lock Patio with support from a grant through Hydro One to install a shipping container that will add a permanent space for gathering at events. Interested organizations and patio vendors can apply to run the bar during during the Thorold Community Market by downloading and filling out the Vendor Application Form and Patio Vendor Agreement at the buttons below.
