Join us at Battle of Beaverdams Park for three days of exciting Canada Day celebrations filled with live entertainment, family activities, food, and community spirit. New this year, families can enjoy an outdoor Family Movie Night on Monday, June 29, complete with popcorn under the stars. Our popular Rock n’ Blues on the Battlefield returns Tuesday, June 30, showcasing outstanding musical talent from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Canada Day festivities take place Wednesday, July 1 from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., with all three days offering a Kids Zone, magicians, popular characters, face painting, bouncy castles, foam parties, artisans, community booths, food vendors, and an extended licensed patio throughout the park. The celebrations will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display on July 1 at 10 p.m.
Professional magician Anthony Lindan performs as Scoop McCoy when entertaining at children’s & family events across Southern Ontario. Anthony brings over 25 years of professional experience to every performance.

Kicking off the blues segment of Thorold's Rock 'N Blues on the Battlefield, we welcome local artist Brant Parker, joined by special guests Joel Parisien, a Juno Award winner, and Jay Bleus, a Maple Blues Award winner. Covering artists from Harry Styles to Fleetwood Mac, Morgan Wallen to U2, Jonesy manages to play the biggest hits from the biggest artists.
Eddy Prince has been performing his tribute to the King of Rock 'N Roll for almost 30 years. He has been fortunate enough to perform for audiences of all sizes in both the United States and Canada. His main goals are to have fun keeping the memory of Elvis alive and to make as many new friends as he can!
3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Magic Mel
Join Magic Mel for an upbeat, hilarious, and highly interactive magic show that inspires children to discover their inner magic. Through comedy, storytelling, and plenty of audience participation, kids of all ages are encouraged to believe in themselves, get involved, and become part of the magic. This fast-paced, feel-good experience leaves every child feeling empowered - and proudly declared an Official Magician by the end of the show!

This is an explosive, non-stop, party rock band delivering a carefully compiled song list of knock out dance hits from the ‘70s through to the ‘2ks. Their commitment to musical perfection, strong vocals, and performance has helped to build an impressive following of wildly enthusiastic fans!
6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Simply Queen
This completely live tribute performs all the iconic songs that have made Queen one of the most legendary rock bands of all time and faithfully recreates the grand scope of Queen's live shows - musically and visually capturing the amazing live Queen experience that has filled stadiums around the world.
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Figure Four
Started over 25 years ago by Thorold home-towners, Burny and Mic, Figure Four is renowned for performing live music at community events in Niagara and beyond. Their 1000 song repertoire brings a party designed to deliver a one-of-a-kind performance ensuring something for everyone no matter the crowd.
