Vendor and Community Applications

We are excited to bring back the Thorold Community Market for the fourth season! Starting with our Season Opener on June 17, we will be open Wednesday evenings from 5 to 9 p.m. until August 26. We have a Season Finale planned on Saturday, September 5 from 12 to 4 p.m. The Thorold Community Market is located in Battle of the Beaverdams Park in downtown Thorold.

We want to thank all vendors who submitted their feedback last year to help improve this year’s market. We have two additional documents that may be required in the application process. First, a Patio Vendor Agreement to be included with all patio vendor applications. Second, is a Food Vendors Best Practices Guide to assist food vendors. The original Market Vendor Application has several updates this year - please be sure to read through the application and agreement carefully before signing. 

We have taken survey feedback from last year into consideration and added additional headliner shows to the lineup for 2026. Please view this year's entertainment schedule on the main Thorold Community Market page. The live music will take place in the Bandshell or the Circle Patio in Battle of the Beaverdams Park in downtown Thorold. Also new for this year, we are expanding the Lock Patio with support from a Hydro One Grant to install a shipping container that will add a permanent space for events. Interested non-profit organizations and patio vendors can apply to run the bar during a market date through our vendor application. All proceeds will go back to the non-profit organization or patio vendor.

We will continue our partnership with the Thorold BIA and host their weekly car show during the Market to attract more visitors from all over the Region. This takes place at the Sullivan St. entrance of Battle of Beaverdams Park in downtown Thorold. It is free for participants.
