The Thorold Community Arena is available for ice rentals each year from early-October to late-March. Inquiries can be directed to community.services@thorold.ca

Rental Fees

* Prime Time Floor Rate: Monday to Friday 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
** Non-Prime Time Floor Rate: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
All rentals are required to have insurance. Permit holders have the option of providing a copy of their Certificate of Insurance (COI) to staff prior to rental with the City of Thorold added as an additional insured OR may purchase insurance through the City at an additional fee added to their permit.
Payment Options
Visit our online portal to pay for your permit. Please note you must have an login before you can pay online. If you do not have a login please contact community.services@thorold.ca to set up a login for you.
To pay a Regular Permit go to "My Account" and select "Pay on Account"
To pay for an Organization or League go to "My Account". Under Organization Services select "View Details" and enter payment amount.
Payments can be made by phone by calling 905-227-6613 ext. 403 (Press "2").

Payments will be accepted in person Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm., excluding holidays.
