Visit our Online Booking Portal to submit a request. All requests will be responded to within 3-4 business days. 

Rental Fees

Prime Time:

Monday to Friday 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Non-Prime Time:

Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Insurance:

All rentals are required to have insurance. Permit holders have the option of providing a copy of their Certificate of Insurance (COI) to staff prior to rental with the City of Thorold added as an additional insured OR may purchase insurance through the City at an additional fee added to their permit.

Payments

In-Person

Payments are accepted at City Hall (3540 Schmon Parkway) or the Municipal Operations Centre (1543 Beaverdams Rd) Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. to pay in person.

Phone

Payments can be made by phone by calling 905-227-6613 ext. 403 (Press "2"). 

Online 

• Visit our online portal to pay for your permit. Please note you must have an login before you can pay online. If you do not have a login please contact community.services@thorold.ca to set up a login for you. 
• To pay a Regular Permit go to "My Account" and select "Pay on Account"
• To pay for an Organization or League go to "My Account". Under Organization Services select "View Details" and enter payment amount.
