Vendor Applications

Vendors interested in applying to sell food or products at this year’s three-day Canada Day event, June 29, 30 & July 1 should fill out our digital vendor application and include all necessary documents. Your application package can be emailed to event@thorold.ca. Please include the email subject line “Vendor Application – 2026 Canada Day Celebrations – (your business name)”.

The fees for participating Food Vendors are $300 + HST per Vendor for all 3 days or $200 + HST per day of the event. The fees for participating General (non-food) Vendors are $150 +HST per Vendor for all 3 days or $100 +HST per day of the event. Additional details are available in the Vendor Application package.

Successful applicants will be contacted in order to proceed with next steps such as payment of the Vendor Participation Fee and Certificate of Insurance. Download the application package via the button below.
