During programs and events, photographs, video and/or sound recordings may be taken. These images will be used to promote the City of Thorold and its activities, services or programs.
By attending programs and events, you grant permission to the City of Thorold and persons acting for or through them, the right to use, reproduce and/or distribute images, video and sound recordings on the City of Thorold website, social media outlets, and print publications. The photographs, video and sound recordings may be used for an indefinite period of time.
The City of Thorold does not sell the photos to any third parties. However, once these are posted online, they are accessible to anyone. Please speak to a staff member at the event you are attending if you do not wish for your photo to be taken or used. We are seeking participation from local community groups. Each week, the Thorold Community Market will showcase one of Thorold's local groups. A table and tent will be provided free-of-charge.
