Pay a Parking Ticket
All parking tickets must be paid within 15 days from the date of the penalty notice. Any tickets that are not paid within 15 days from the date of the penalty notice will be subject to additional administrative fees.

Payment Methods
Parking tickets may be paid online, over the phone, or in-person at City Hall. To pay online, click on the button below.
If you wish to pay your parking ticket over the phone, please call the toll-free number 1-855-619-2400 and follow the pre-recorded instructions. Please have your VISA or MasterCard ready for payment.
If you wish to pay your parking ticket in-person, please come to City Hall on Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at 3540 Schmon Parkway, Thorold, ON L2V 4A7
Disputing a parking ticket
To dispute a parking ticket, you must submit a screening request. All screening requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the penalty notice. Screening requests must be submitted to City Hall at the address noted above or by email to ampappeals@thorold.ca.
