City Fees and Charges

By-Law No 14-2026 consolidates the fees and charges imposed by the City for services, activities or uses of property. These are effective November 1, 2026. They are divided into six schedules which represent six departments or divisions within the City of Thorold:

Administration and Legislative Services Fees is Schedule “A”
Finance Department Fees is Schedule “B”
Fire and Emergency Services Fees is Schedule “C”
Planning Division Fees is Schedule “D”
Building Division Fees is Schedule “E”
Public Works and Community Services/Recreation Fees is Schedule “F”
