Building Permits
Submit a completed application form with two (2) sets of scaled construction drawings for residential projects and three (3) sets of scaled construction drawings for commercial/industrial projects, including proposed site plan referencing and an up-to-date survey. The type of Plans required vary depending on the type and size of project.
When a building permit is required, the permit must be issued and in the possession of the Property Owner prior to the start of any construction activity.
