Planning Applications

Persons intending to submit a planning application for a proposed development are strongly recommended to consult with City staff prior to submitting their application by submitting a Pre-Consultation Application from the link below.

Pre-consultation Application 

Pre-consultation meetings are held on the first Thursday (a.m.) and third Wednesday (p.m.) of each month and are booked on a first come, first served basis.

A Pre-Consultation meeting is strongly recommended for the following applications:

  • Official Plan Amendment
  • Zoning By-law Amendment
  • Plan of Subdivision
  • Plan of Condominium
  • Site Plan Approval
  • Consent / Severance

  • Concept sketch / site plan
