Zoning Compliance
A Letter of Compliance may be necessary if a property is being bought, sold or mortgaged. You can request a letter or your lawyer can request it on your behalf. The fee for a Letter of Compliance is $360.00
To a request a Letter of Compliance:
- Fill out the Letter of Compliance Form at the button below and this will be emailed direct to planning@thorold.ca
- Payment can be made by cheque, payable to City of Thorold
- Cash and debit payments can be processed in person at City Hall
Please allow 10 business days for requests to be processed.
Please note: Information for one property can be requested per submission.
