Overview
A Zoning By-law Amendment Application has been submitted to rezone the Subject Lands, Phases 19-22, in the Rolling Meadows Secondary Plan area. In July 2023, the City approved revisions to the Draft Plan of Subdivision (previously phases 17-21), City File No. D12-04-2022, which was appealed by Hydro One Networks Inc. regarding encroachments into existing Hydro One easement lands. OLT Decisions 23-000765 and 23-001131 resulted in a revised draft plan dated May 22, 2025 and this Zoning By-law Amendment is required to implement those revisions.
