Temporary Road Closures Extended : Colborne St. and Sullivan Ave.

This Engineering project involves the replacement of aging cast iron watermain and vitrified clay sanitary sewer infrastructure along Sullivan Avenue and Colborne Street. These improvements are necessary to address deteriorating underground systems, improve overall reliability, and reduce the risk of watermain breaks and infiltration and inflow.

There has been a further delay on completing the project because of extreme weather conditions.

Closure 1: Colborne Street closed between Metcalfe St. and Sullivan Ave.

Colborne Street will be local traffic only. The closure will be in effect from Monday, January 12, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. with a delay to Friday, February 27 at 7:00 p.m.

Closure 2: Sullivan Ave closed between Sydenham St. and West St. S.

Sullivan Ave will be local traffic only. The closure will be in effect from Monday, January 12, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. with a delay to Friday, February 27 at 7:00 p.m.
