Notice of PIC: Clairmont St and Sullivan Ave Road Reconstruction, Watermain and Sewer Replacement

The Clairmont Street and Sullivan Avenue Road Reconstruction, Watermain and Sewer Replacement project is anticipated to begin construction in the Spring of 2026. The comprehensive scope of work includes replacing the existing sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer improvements, reconstructing the road base, installing new concrete curbs and asphalt, replacing concrete sidewalks on both sides of the roadway, relocation of aerial Hydro and Cogeco cable to underground, and installing new street lighting.

The Public Information Centre serves as an opportunity for residents to engage with the project team, review the contract drawings, and seek clarification on any project-related inquiries they may have.
