Notice of PIC #2 : Bolton Ave., Crompton Blvd., & Richmond St. Construction
This construction project is currently out for tender, with award anticipated in mid-May 2026. Construction is expected to begin in June 2026, subject to approval and scheduling. Ahead of construction, you may notice condition surveys and photographs of the right-of-way. Where permission has been granted, the Contractor may contact residents to arrange daylighting investigations to confirm underground services. During construction, minor traffic adjustments, occasional driveway interruptions, and typical construction-related noise and dust may occur. Advance notice will be provided where required, and access will be maintained as much as possible.
The second PIC will include display boards showing the latest design, including proposed sanitary sewer lateral locations.
