Allanburg Bridge 11 Closure : October 13 to November 11

The bridge will be fully closed to traffic Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. from October 13 to November 11. The bridge will reopen evenings and weekends. 
During the closure, traffic will be detoured via the Thorold Tunnel and the East Main Tunnel.

Temporary Road Closure : Barron Rd : October 22

Hydro One will continue to temporarily close a section of Barron Road from Glover Road to Polloway Road on Thursday, October 22, 2026. This is due to a power outage in the area.

Local traffic will still have access from Allanport Road to Glover Road, as well as, from Thorold Townline to Polloway Road. If there are any concerns with this closure, please contact Hydro One Customer Service at 1 (888) 664-9376.
