PIC #2 - Ross & Hamilton Road Reconstruction Project
The City of Thorold is inviting residents to review three sidewalk options for the Ross & Hamilton Road Reconstruction Project and complete a fillable survey.
The Technical Evaluation Summary explains what each option would provide and its main pedestrian, accessibility, driveway, property, tree, construction and cost considerations. No option is ranked or identified as preferred at this stage.
At the Public Information Centre #2, residents can review the options, ask questions and submit the survey. You may also bring a completed survey to the PIC #2 or email the fillable survey below to the Project Manager by Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
Take the Survey
After the survey closes, staff will review the level of support for each option, the reasons provided and the common concerns raised. The survey results and technical information will then be used to assess whether a reasonable community consensus has emerged, rank the options and prepare a final recommendation.
