Notice of PIC : RRL By-Law

The City of Thorold is currently undertaking a review of its Residential Rental Licensing (RRL) By-law to identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance administrative efficiency, and improve the overall operation of the RRL program.

A Public Information Centre (PIC) will be held at a future date to be determined.

Notice first released on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

Information will be collected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). With the exception of personal information as defined in MFIPPA, all comments will become part of the public record.
