Temporary Road Closure : Crompton Blvd starting September 9

To complete the work safely, Crompton Boulevard will be closed to through traffic from Richmond Street to the south end of Crompton Boulevard. Bolton Avenue will remain open to traffic through the Crompton Boulevard intersection. Richmond Street and Queen Street will also remain open.

Temporary Trail Closure : Welland Canal Trail in Thorold starting August 11

Please be advised that a section of the Welland Canal Trail in Thorold, located Southeast of E.S. Fox Limited near Egerter Road, will be temporarily closed to facilitate trail resurfacing.

The closure will take effect on Tuesday, August 11, beginning at 7:30 a.m. and will remain in place until the work has been completed.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this maintenance project and apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.
