Canada Day

Canada Day Celebration

Thank you for celebrating Canada Day and our 50th Anniversary!

The Niagara Jazz Festival kicked off our family-friendly three-day free celebration with two stages of local and international Jazz musicians on Sunday, June 29th from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The festivities continued on Monday, June 30th with local and international Rock and Blues musicians at our popular event from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Unfortunately, the Blackburn Brothers were rained out) On Tuesday, July 1st, we welcomed visitors to Battle of Beaverdams Park at 1 p.m. All three days included artisans, community booths, and food vendors. We showcased a Wall of Reflection and residents signed a massive 50th Anniversary card. We ended the three-day festivities with spectacular fireworks at 10 p.m.
