Enhancing Communication with the Thorold Community

The City of Thorold is dedicated to improving communications as out lined in our Strategic Plan with our residents.  To achieve this we have launched several initiatives.

Let’s Talk Thorold: An interactive platform that allows residents to provide real-time feedback for ongoing infrastructure projects. This site includes project details, photos, documents, and tools for direct communication with our Engineering staff. It offers an alternative for residents who cannot attend Public Information Centres. Access it through our our website or by visiting this link to register your name and participate.

To assist new residents and students, we’ve created two dedicated sections, “New to Thorold” and “Students.” These portals guide users to essential resources and include a Q&A section addressing common inquiries.

To improve communication with City Hall, we’ve introduced the "Connect with Us" portal. Here, you can follow our social media accounts, sign up for our City newsletter, and subscribe for emergency email alerts.
