March Break
Free skating at the Frank Doherty Arena
The City of Thorold will be offering four free public skates at the Frank Doherty Arena over March Break. Free hot chocolate and popcorn will be served.
- Monday, March 13 – 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 14 – 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 15 – 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
- Thursday, March 16 – 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Regularly scheduled programming will continue throughout the week. Residents can view the Frank Doherty Arena programming schedule on the arena calendar linked below.

Superhero activities at the Thorold Public Library
The Thorold Public Library is offering a variety of superhero-themed programming over March Break. Please note that some programming is registration only.
- Monday, March 13 - Make Your Own Superhero Mask Drop-in (all day)
- Tuesday, March 14 - Superhero Talk with Funhouse Comics & Collectables - 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 15 - DC League of Super-Pets Screening - 2:00 to 3:45 p.m.
- Thursday, March 16 - Make Your Own Superhero Shield - 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
- Friday, March 17 - Make Your Own Superhero Wristbands Drop-in (all day)
- Saturday, March 18 - Superhero Photo Booth Drop-in (all day)

March Break Skates at Canada Games Park
Canada Games Park is hosting two public skates over March Break, with all proceeds going to Pathstone Mental Health.
- Wednesday March 15, 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
- Friday March 17, 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Admission: All sales will be in effort for Pathstone Mental Health
- Adults: $5.00
- Children: $3.00
- Family: $10.00
Free on-site parking available during the public skates. Rental Skates not provided.
