Pay a Parking Ticket

Learn how to pay a parking ticket in the City of Thorold.

All parking tickets must be paid within 15 days from the date of the penalty notice. Any tickets that are not paid within 15 days from the date of the penalty notice will be subject to additional administrative fees.

Payment methods

Parking tickets may be paid online, over the phone, or in-person at City Hall.

Pay a parking ticket online

If you wish to pay your parking ticket over the phone, please call the toll-free number 1-855-619-2400 and follow the pre-recorded instructions. Please have your VISA or MasterCard ready for payment.

If you wish to pay your parking ticket in-person, please come to City Hall on Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.:

Disputing a parking ticket

To dispute a parking ticket please complete and submit a request for screening form.

All screening requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the penalty notice. Screening requests must be submitted to City Hall at the address noted above or by email to ampappeals@thorold.ca.
