Free Holiday Skating
The City of Thorold and various community sponsors will be offering twelve free public skates at the Thorold Community Arena during this holiday season with free treats, giveaways and festive music playing in the background.
Holiday Colouring Contest
Each year, the City hosts a Holiday Colouring Contest for our younger residents. There are two age categories; under 8 years and 8 to 14 years. Entries will be displayed at City Hall for staff to select the winners from the many talented submissions accepted until December 12.
Thorold Festival of Lights
Participate in the Thorold Festival of Lights — a friendly competition allowing neighbours and businesses to showcase their festive spirit!
Submissions will be added to our holiday light tour allowing people to enjoy the holiday displays created by residents and businesses alike.
