Transportation Master Plan Completed

The Transportation Master Plan outlines the City of Thorold's strategic direction for the development of transportation networks, programs and priorities and how it can best implement the complete street concept set out by the Region of Niagara. The TMP focuses on all modes of transportation, including walking, cycling, public transit, auto travel and goods movements.
